BHU (bsc nursing & Bpharm Ay)notification

Applications are invited for the course of B.Sc Nursing in the College of Nursing
at Institute of Medical Sciences, B.H.U., Varanasi & B. Pharm (Ay.) at The Rajiv Gandhi
South Campus, Barkacha, Mirzapur Dist., under Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU,
Varanasi. Eligibility: Intermediate 10+2 OR equivalent from the recognized
board/university with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) & English with minimum
50% aggregate marks (PCBE) for General/OBC category and 40% for SC/ST category.
The age of the candidates should be between 17 to 25 years for all categories as on
31-12-2010. Availability of application form: 1) The prescribed application form and
information booklet can be downloaded from IMS website (www.imsbhu.nic.in) or BHU
website (www.bhu.ac.in.) from 15-1-2010 to 14-4-2010. Duly completed application
form along with Demand Draft of Rs.600/- (Rs.500/- for SC/ST candidates) drawn in
favour of the Director, IMS,BHU payable at Varanasi, should reach the office of the
Director, IMS, BHU, on or before 15-4-2010. 2) Application form & information
booklet can also be obtained from the office of the Director, IMS, BHU, Varanasi-221
005, A) by post from 15-1-2010 to 25-3-2010 by sending a self addressed unstamped
envelope (24x30 cm) along with a letter of request and a DD of Rs.650/- (Rs.550/- for
SC/ST candidates) drawn in favour of the Director, IMS, BHU, payable at Varanasi. B)
In person from 15-1-2010 to 14-4-2010 on payment of a DD of Rs.600/- (Rs.500/- for
SC/ST candidates) drawn in favour of the Director, IMS/BHU, payable at Varanasi.
Last date for receipt of completed application form in the office of the Director,
IMS/BHU, Varanasi-221 005 – 15-4-2010. Commencement of Entrance test:
23-5-2010 (Sunday) from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon at Varanasi. No separate application
is required, if applying for both courses.
